John H. Belk is an aerospace scientist and industrial physicist. Mr. Belk brings expertise in material science, energy transfer, and applied physics into his role as Chief Scientist. Mr. Belk has a B.S. in Physics from Clemson University, an M.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Sciences from the University of Rochester, and a Masters in Engineering Management from Washington University. Mr. Belk is a Fellow of Optica (formerly OSA) and of the American Physical Society (APS), a retired Boeing Technical Fellow, and a named inventor on 39 issued US patents.
